Refund and Returns Policy

Order Confirmation
Orders are processed after confirmation with our sales team through WhatsApp, email, or other approved communication channels. Customers are encouraged to review all product specifications, quantities, customization details, and pricing before confirming an order.
Returns
Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during delivery.
- An incorrect product has been supplied.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are generally not eligible for return:
- Customized or branded corporate gifts
- Printed promotional products
- Special-order items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method (where applicable) within a reasonable processing period.
If your order was placed without online payment, refunds will be handled according to the agreed payment terms.
Exchanges
Products may be exchanged only if they are:
- Damaged upon delivery
- Defective due to manufacturing faults
- Incorrectly supplied by our company
Replacement products are subject to stock availability.
Shipping for Returns
Customers should contact our customer support team before returning any product.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items.
Customized Products
Customized, printed, engraved, or logo-branded products are produced specifically according to customer requirements. Therefore, such products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Golden Tryco Trading Co. LLC.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days and provide:
- Order details
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
